Give a week

A week of bedtime stories, and your voice reading it.

Seven nights in one world, with an ending the family chooses together before the first word, for a child aged three to eight. You give the week. They make the world. And if they’d like, you read it to their child from wherever you are.

How it goes

You give the week

Fourteen dollars, once. You get a code to write in a card or send along. No account, nothing to set up, nothing that renews.

They make the world

The parent makes it in daylight — who lives there, the weather of it, what never happens — and chooses how the week ends. The week is theirs to shape; the code pays for it the moment they begin.

You read it, from your house

If they’d like your voice, they send you a reading link from the story tape. You read each night aloud, page by page, and on the phone by the bed the pages turn along with you.

The card

One payment. Nothing renews. The code is on the next page and in your inbox.

Questions

Do they need Storie already?
No. The code is worth one week; when they begin one, it’s paid for. If they read Storie already, it simply adds a week.
Does the code run out?
No. It waits until it’s wanted, and nothing is charged again. If it turns out not to be wanted at all, write to us and we’ll sort it out.
Can I read the stories to them?
Yes. The parent sends you a reading link from the story tape. You record each night in your own voice, from anywhere, and the child hears you at bedtime. Only people the parent chooses can do this.
What does the child see?
A story, on a phone by the bed, with the family’s own voice if one was recorded. Never a price, never a code, never a nudge.
